Return And Exchange
At Stitchin.pk, we understand that sometimes what you receive might not be exactly what you expected—and we’re here to help make it right. Please review our return and exchange policy below for all the details.
1. Return Period
We offer a 15-day return window from the day your order is received. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. Products returned in a condition that is not resellable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us via a traceable courier service or registered post at their own expense.
2. Faulty Products
If you receive an item that is defective or not as advertised, please contact us immediately. Faulty items can be returned within the 15-day window, provided they are returned in their original packaging with any included accessories.
3. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges based on product availability. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please fill out the exchange form on our website. Once your request is received, we will arrange for a courier to collect the original item and deliver the new one. A Rs. 350 delivery fee will be charged to cover the round-trip shipping.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds are made via bank transfer. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank’s processing times, which are beyond our control. Delivery charges are non-refundable (usually Rs. 250).
In rare cases, we may process a refund based on tracking confirmation of your return before the item physically arrives.
If your refund seems delayed, we suggest checking your bank account or contacting your credit card provider. If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, feel free to reach out to us at support@stitchin.pk.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely. Stitchin.pk is not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
